Overview
We're hiring an entry level /experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician. With opportunities to grow from Technician to Store Manager
. Part-time position to start. Opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance, skill development, and expertise.
- Strong technical skills in device and small appliance repair, with experience handling smartphones and tablets.
- Ability to perform equipment maintenance and basic hardware replacement, including diagnostics and component testing.
- Effective troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues, including connectivity and network problems.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction, with clear, empathetic communication and the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Comfort working on-site and handling small tools and electronic components safely.
- Previous cell phone repair experience required
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented
- Willing to learn and grow into a leadership role
