Maintenance Supervisor – Arcadia Creekside | Chattanooga, TN

Arcadia Creekside, a professionally managed apartment community in Chattanooga, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure our community remains safe, well‑maintained, and resident‑focused.

- Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities
- Manage unit turns, preventative maintenance, and service requests with efficiency
- Supervise, train, and motivate maintenance team members
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and safety standards
- Coordinate vendors, manage inventory, and assist with maintenance budgeting
- Maintain pool operations and chemical safety standards
- Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergencies
- EPA HVAC Certification (Required)
- CPO – Certified Pool Operator (Required)
- Strong leadership and team‑building skills
- Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities
- Active listening and effective communication
- Highly reliable and organized
- Strong planning and time‑management skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
- 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
