We use our scale to generate leasing traffic, reduce operating costs, and attract dynamic and engaged  a maintenance technician on a team of 5 or 6 that manages 20-30 buildings in our 250+ building portfolio.

Our maintenance technicians focus on maintenance ONLY. We have an internal grounds team, painters, and vendor out snow removal and housekeeping. Come join us!

Compensation Package $23.00 - $28.00/hour including Earned Commissions Quarterly Bonus Opportunity2 weeks of Paid Time Off to start, earned on an accrual basis, Sick Pay, Parental leave9 Paid Holidays, including your birthday
401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

Medical, Dental, Vision (90% paid by Cornerstone), Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital, and Life Insurance Company Cell Phone Flat Rate Mileage Reimbursement Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance Requests/Work Orders Make Ready/Unit Turns Ordering Materials Scheduling Vendors On-Call paid at time and a half plus a quarterly bonus

Qualifications2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance

Able to lift 50+ pounds and be standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling frequently throughout the day Valid driver's license

Own a vehicle and basic tools

Solid work ethic

Positive attitude

Working Conditions Position is full time Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.
