Position Summary

As the Porter you will be responsible for a wide range of duties from daily maintenance and janitorial tasks to providing customer service across multiple parking facilities. You will maintain a clean and inviting parking environment and assist customers at parking gates as needed.

Schedule

This is a full‑time position (32 hours or more each week). Schedule will be discussed with applicants during screening or interviews and may change based on business needs.

Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of a criminal and motor vehicle background check
  • At least 18 years of age
Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance and Janitorial Duties
  • Ensure all parking equipment is functioning properly and perform necessary maintenance.
  • Ensure all tickets, receipts and supplies are stocked properly at each location.
  • Inspect cleanliness of all parking equipment.
  • Maintain signage in working order, cleaning them on a weekly basis or as needed.
  • Perform daily janitorial duties such as trash pickup, sweeping, graffiti removal and other cleaning tasks.
  • Complete the daily maintenance and cleaning checklist.
Auditing and Enforcement Duties
  • Audit designated parking lots and garages for violations.
  • Issue citations to violators following the detailed citation issuance protocol.
Other Duties
  • Attend to customers with a warm and friendly greeting.
  • Offer assistance to any customer who appears to be in need of help.
  • Maintain professionalism with clients and establish positive rapport.
  • Report immediately to management any issues related to customer or client experience.
  • Use personal transportation to travel between nearby locations.
  • Perform additional duties as requested, demonstrating flexibility and openness to assignments.
