Production Associate Day Shift

Base Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift – 5:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday‑Thursday, overtime as designated

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass‑produce windows, doors, and glass units
• May support window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows
• Use hand or power tools (saws, welders, routers) as required
• Understand and carry out verbal and written instructions from supervisors
• Read work orders, labels, and schedules to guide production
• Use a tape measure to read measurements and inspect product for defects
• Make fraction and decimal conversions as needed
• Operate equipment required to complete tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide on‑the‑job training to new employees

• Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Can understand and carry out written or verbal instructions
• Can stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Preferably have experience in manufacturing and with tape measure reading

• Bend and work in a fast‑paced environment
