Job SummaryResponsible for supervising agents during their assigned shifts to ensure daily activities are performed safely and efficiently. Manages dispatching agents and applicable equipment to arriving and departing flights and other assignments.

- Supervise team of leads and agents in passenger assistance duties.
- Responsible for shift schedule: workstation assignments, employee training, vacations, breaks, overtime assignments, backup for absent employees, and shift rotations.
- Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues.
- Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
- Assists in the administration of payroll, completes shift paperwork and performs other administrative functions.
- Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies, safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
- Promotes and adheres to policies concerning safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity.
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skills and experience capabilities expected for this position.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driving license.
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
- Preferred: one year of relevant experience in aviation or ground-handling services industry.
- Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 70 lbs, constantly push and pull up to 70 lbs, and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend.
- Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Must be open to working in outside weather conditions, which may include severe seasonal elements.
