Position: Make Ready Technician

Role Overview

As a Make‑Ready Technician, you will create an exciting and memorable move‑in experience for all new residents, preparing future residents’ homes by filling nail holes, repairing sheetrock, painting, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare vacant units by filling nail holes, repairing sheetrock, painting, and completing necessary tasks.
  • Assist the service team with repairs and upkeep to maintain a sparkling appearance of the community and apartment homes.
  • Schedule vendors and oversee contracted services, ensuring outsourced work meets company standards.
  • Support the service team with overflow repairs and maintain the community.
Qualifications
  • A visionary who sees the bigger picture and understands that the appearance of the community reflects the work performed each day.
  • Self‑sufficient, able to manage a to‑do list while assisting the service team.
  • Committed to creating an extraordinary move‑in experience for residents by focusing on all details of readying a vacant unit.
  • Experienced in scheduling vendors and providing oversight of contracted services.
  • Team‑player comfortable lending a hand when the service team needs additional help.
