Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintaining our properties under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, handle on-site repairs, manage common areas, and support safety and resident relations, with daily onsite attendance and potential on-call emergencies.
Strong communication, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety regulations are valued; high school diploma required.
