ABM is seeking a reliable Lead to ensure facility operations follow policies and procedures. You will coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance to the team during the 6:00pm–2:30am shift at our Aurora location.
This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. The Lead provides supervision when the Manager is not present and helps keep the buildings safe, clean, and compliant.
