365 is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer in Denver to maintain a 5-story office building. You will perform hands-on maintenance of systems, ensure safety, and support life safety operations with a 2-person team. Schedule is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with some early starts and a weekly rotating 24/7 on-call period.
Pay ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour plus on-call allowance. Ideal candidates have extensive maintenance experience, strong computer skills, and a valid Colorado
