We're seeking a proven maintenance & reliability operations leader with strong technical depth, 8 plus years in manufacturing maintenance leadership, and a passion for building high-performing teams. In this high-impact role, you'll stand up preventive and predictive programs, optimize equipment performance, and champion continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operations.
The position is located in Denver, CO.
Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 8 plus years of progressive experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering leadership within manufacturing (food or CPG preferred).
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a dairy production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems.
- Proven experience implementing RCM, TPM, and other reliability frameworks.
- Proficiency with CMMS/EAM platforms and reliability analytics tools.
- Demonstrated success in capital planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
