Service Repair Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.

Hours:

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some overtime.

Pay Range: $24.50 to $26.00 + Bonus.

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continuously enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment.
