Be a maintenance technician on a team of five or six that manages 20-30 buildings in our 250+ building portfolio.

Our maintenance technicians focus on maintenance only. We have an internal grounds team, painters, and vendor out snow removal and housekeeping. Come join us!

Compensation Package

• $23.00 - $28.00/hour including earned commissions
• Quarterly bonus opportunity
• Two weeks of paid time off to start, earned on an accrual basis, sick pay, parental leave
• Nine paid holidays, including your birthday
• 401k - 100% vested after 90 days, up to a 4% match of gross salary

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance requests/work orders
• Make ready/unit turns
• Ordering materials
• Scheduling vendors
• On-call paid at time and a half plus a quarterly bonus

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in apartment maintenance
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and be standing, walking, crouching, and kneeling frequently throughout the day
• Valid driver's license
• Own a vehicle and basic tools
• Solid work ethic
• Positive attitude

Working Conditions

• Position is full time Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch.
