Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.;
Remove trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready, transfer trash to dumpster or storage area, and clean/maintain storage areas.;
Complete assigned minor and routine service requests and assist the make-ready specialist in the turn process.;
Change all locks and ensure gates to pool areas are functioning according to codes and safety standards.;
Distribute notices and communications to residents and inform supervisors of hazards or dangerous situations.
