Maintenance Supervisor

What You'll DoLead & Develop Your Team- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians and mechanics
- Schedule labor resources and prioritize work orders based on production needs
- Coach, mentor, and train team members to enhance technical skills and performance
- Foster collaboration across departments and shifts to ensure seamless operations
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and development
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic PLC issues
- Ensure repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal production disruption
- Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and critical maintenance situations
- Promote and enforce OSHA, GMP, and company safety standards
- Participate in safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant maintenance shop
- Ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to food manufacturing requirements
- Plan and coordinate maintenance projects and scheduled downtime activities
- Partner with Production, Quality, and Sanitation teams to achieve operational goals
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in maintenance
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Conveyors
- Motors
- Industrial manufacturing equipment
Working knowledge of CMMS systems
Ability to read and interpret:
- Electrical schematics
- Blueprints
- Technical manuals
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and emergency coverage when needed
Preferred QualificationsAssociate Degree or Technical Certification
Food manufacturing or bakery production experience
HVAC, refrigeration, boiler, or utility systems experience
Welding and fabrication skills
Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
Experience with three-phase power and motor controls

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $89316.00 - $102713.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
