We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help lead our facility and equipment maintenance and repair function. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this is a critical role to ensure maximum up time on equipment availability and facility upkeep. • Oversee and execute initiatives in the facility and equipment maintenance function.
• Provide hands-on maintenance and servicing of thermoforming packaging machines, with a primary focus on Multivac.
• Ability to perform minor repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and air compressor systems as needed.
• Help manage a preventative maintenance program for all machines to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Serve as aliaison with facility service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, implementing best practices in equipment maintenance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and facility operations.

• 2 + years of maintenance and repair experience in a food manufacturing facility.
• Proven experience servicing Multivac thermoforming packaging machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance regulations for manufacturing facilities.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with service providers and internal teams.

This is hourly role onsite at our Denver, CO facility. Benefits include a quarterly bonus plan tied to production and Company performance, paid time off, majority company funded health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with an employer defined match up to 4%.
