The Grounds Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of outdoor property areas. This position focuses on litter removal, waste collection, cleaning exterior spaces, and supporting overall facility cleanliness. No landscaping or lawn care duties are required.

Responsibilities- Pick up litter and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, roadways, and common areas.
- Empty and clean outdoor trash and recycling containers.
- Sweep walkways, curbs, entrances, and other exterior areas.
- Monitor grounds for cleanliness and safety hazards.
- Remove graffiti, unauthorized signage, and other visual nuisances as directed.
- Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with snow and ice removal from sidewalks and pedestrian areas when needed.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged property, or safety concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and snow.

Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required and on the job training provided
