Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.
Shift: This is primarily an afternoon/night shift (6PM to 2AM, Monday through Friday). Flexibility to work alternative shifts is required.
Preferred skills and experience include:
- Experience with low and high voltage, Radio Frequency, and vacuum systems.
- Basic plumbing experience.
- Strong mechanical abilities.
- Willingness to learn new software and hardware solutions.
- Good PC skills (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Required skills for success:
- Experience with 3‑phase electrical.
- Structured problem‑solving techniques and ability to read and interpret schematics.
- Strong experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to make makeshift changes and occasional weekend availability.
- Able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks and responsibilities, providing service and maintenance for multiple cyclotrons, associated chemistry modules, and manipulator arms.
- Monitors and positively affects financial and operational performance.
- Works in compliance with all regulatory standards—including EH&S, cGMP, Radiation Safety, applicable pharmacy laws, DOT, and internal policies.
- Incorporates new technology, products, and processes into daily operations.
- Participates in personnel training and staff development.
- Works cross‑functionally with production team to implement strategic initiatives.
- Responds to calls for service support within a reasonable amount of time.
- Completes and submits work‑history tickets, timecards, training records, and expense reports in a timely fashion.
- Schedules work and manages spare parts usage to minimize costs and maximize effectiveness.
- Monitors and improves uptime for site cyclotron system(s).
- Participates in the assessment of semi‑complex product and equipment performance, recommending modifications and improvements.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Base pay range: $55,230 – $75,944.
Minimum
Education Required:
High School/GED.
Location: Denver, Colorado.
Affiliate Sponsor: Siemens Healthineers.
Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000.
