Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor

Tru Stile Doors LLC in Henderson, CO seeks a Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to lead maintenance for a premium door manufacturing plant. This role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include scheduling and directing maintenance staff, coordinating contractors, managing work orders, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

The supervisor will support continuous improvement, minimize downtime, manage parts inventory, and partner with production leaders to meet quality, safety, and reliability goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance and facilities staff in a manufacturing environment
• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment
• Oversee building, utilities, and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable operation
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Manage work orders, maintenance records, and parts inventory
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors and service providers
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency
• Collaborate with production and operations leaders on maintenance priorities
• Train team members on safe work practices and proper equipment use
