What Will You Be Doing?

Serving as a subject‑matter expert of Frontier Airlines’ Drug & Alcohol (D&A) Program, you will independently administer all regulatory testing programs, ensure compliance with DOT/FAA requirements, and exercise professional judgment in interpreting regulations, resolving compliance issues, and advising leadership. You will also support PRD compliance activities and partner closely with HR, Safety, and operational leaders to maintain the integrity and reliability of all D&A and PRD processes.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for supporting the administration of all phases of the Drug & Alcohol Program for Frontier Airlines in accordance with the government and company guidelines. This includes tracking and processing of pre-employment drug/alcohol testing, the facilitation and management of other required testing programs, tracking related metrics and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains detailed, current knowledge of DOT and FAA regulations related to required drug and alcohol testing and misuse prevention.
  • Provides information and interpretation of Drug and Alcohol-related policies and procedures to management and employees.
  • Recommends and/or initiates programs/actions to resolve issues and enhance client service and compliance with regulations.
  • As needed, provides drug and alcohol-related training, to include training during New Hire Orientation, to management and employees.
