Non-Skilled Manual Laborer: Preparation of units for rent (cleaning appliances, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc.) General landscaping and snow removal duties (manual equipment only) Other unskilled maintenance duties
Qualifications and Requirements
Non-Skilled Manual Laborer: General labor experience Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. Knowledge of and ability to apply safety practices in workplace. Working with within the painting unit, staff prepare residential units for painting by performing interior and exterior surface preparation, including patching, sanding, cleaning, and other necessary prep work before painting is completed.
We would like to request a few maintenance temps. They will be doing general maintenance work, and it would be helpful if they have some painting experience
