About The Role

Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and unpack items for residential and commercial moves.
- Load and unload trucks while ensuring items are secured and protected.
- Perform inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted for.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and timelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in moving, packing, or related fields is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
