• Optimal Work-Life Balance: Core operating hours are typically Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This structured schedule allows you to manage your personal life while ensuring client properties are meticulously prepared. (

• Equipment Provided: You bring the effort; we provide the tools. Get access to all high-quality, professional-grade cleaning equipment and specialized supplies (vacuum, mop, and products) for a nominal maintenance fee of just $0.50 per month.

• Frequency: Weekly payments every Friday (The first payment is issued two weeks after your official start date).
• Method: Exclusively via Direct Deposit.

Requirements

To uphold our reputation for excellence, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of documented professional experience in residential cleaning, luxury hospitality/hotel housekeeping, or vacation rental turnover services.
• Transportation: Must possess a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel punctually between various property locations.
• Schedule: Full-time availability, including the flexibility to work weekends.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, bend, and move efficiently for up to 8 hours, and lift up to 20 pounds (approx. 9 kg).
• Communication & Tech: A 5-star attitude with excellent communication skills. Must be highly responsive and proficient in using smartphone applications for scheduling and on-site coordination.
