Job Title: Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)
Location: Mobile Home Community
Hours: 15–25 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and overall appearance of our mobile home community. This is a part‑time position with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who is self‑motivated and takes pride in maintaining clean and safe outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities- General grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, and leaf blowing
- Removal of debris, trash, and bulk items (junk removal as needed)
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and vacant lots
- Assist with seasonal cleanup (spring/fall)
- Perform minor maintenance and basic repairs as needed
- Report any property issues or safety concerns
- Prior experience in landscaping, maintenance, or similar work
- Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment (mower, blower, trimmer, etc.)
- Able to lift and carry heavy items
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently - Valid driver’s license
- 15–25 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling available
- Pay based on experience
