Are you a Maintenance Technician looking for a stable dayshift role with a growing manufacturer? Whether you're an experienced multi-skilled engineer or a recently qualified engineer looking to develop your career, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business where you'll play a key role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement projects across the site.

The Role

Working as part of a highly skilled maintenance team, you'll be responsible for carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of production machinery and equipment. You'll work closely with production teams to diagnose faults, improve machine performance and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults on production equipment
  • Respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime
  • Support machine upgrades and continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain maintenance records and spare parts inventory
  • Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures
  • Support the development and training of colleagues where required
What We're Looking For
  • Electrical apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics and control systems
  • Good understanding of health and safety practices
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
