Warehouse and Assembly Technician
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves a combination of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management in addition to some light electrical panel assembly tasks. Ensuring the efficient handling of materials and accurate assembly of electrical components is a must. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Occasionally drive the company van to make local deliveries.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment.
- Perform other building maintenance tasks as needed.
- Assemble electrical panels and components according to specifications and schematics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor assembly issues as they arise.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding inventory levels, production progress, and any issues encountered.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in electrical assembly and warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical assembly is a plus.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting; experience with electrical assembly is highly desirable.
- Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring; familiarity with reading schematics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both assembly and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform other physical tasks as required.
- Proficient in using hand tools and warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must possess a valid state motor operator's license and maintain an approval motor vehicle record (MVR).
