Overview
Encore Pavement Solutions (formerly Encore Striping & Sweeping) is hiring hard-working crew members.
This is hands-on, outdoor work — not a desk job. If you show up, work hard, and want to make good money, you’ll fit in here.
Responsibilities- Parking lot striping (paint lines, layouts, stencils)
- Power washing & surface prep
- Travel to jobs (some overnight stays)
- $20–$28/hr based on experience
- Full Time and Part Time available
- Shows up on time
- Comfortable working outside
- Can lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience is a plus —
but we’ll train the right person
