• Less than 29 hours per week.

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Clean windowsills and windows.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Properly label, dilute, and use all chemicals.
• Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
• Communicate effectively and maintain good interpersonal skills.
• Follow oral and written instructions.
• Prioritize multiple tasks.
• Work effectively with a team.
• Work independently as needed to support group effort.
• Have basic knowledge of cleaning products or be willing to learn.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.

The work is performed in a variety of office or medical locations with a wide variety of people with different functions, personalities, and abilities. The job requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to fifty pounds. It requires driving to multiple buildings each night to assist with openings and training new employees.

• Direct Deposit Pay every other Friday.

• Paid Holidays after 90 days for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week.
• PTO accumulation for full-time employees working 30+ hours per week.

The pay range for this role is: 12.50 - 15 USD per hour (Thornton).
