Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing janitorial duties for office or medical buildings and related areas. Quality customer service must be provided to the client at all times. Knowledge or willingness to learn proper cleaning techniques is essential.

• Full Time: 5pm‑1:30am Mon‑Fri or 5:30pm‑2am Mon‑Fri (varies by location); 30+ hours per week.
• Part Time:
  Varies by location; less than 29 hours per week.

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans, replace liners, and clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
• Clean windowsills and windows.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Properly label, dilute and use all chemicals.
• Wear proper personal protective equipment at all times.
• Communicate effectively and work well with a team.
• Prioritize multiple tasks, follow oral and written instructions, and work independently as needed.
• Have basic knowledge of cleaning products or willingness to learn.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check.

• Work performed in various office or medical locations with diverse people.
• Requires routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Includes driving to multiple buildings each night for openings and training new employees.

• Direct deposit paid every other Friday.
