We have an opportunity for an experienced individual to join our team as Buildings & Grounds Supervisor at our new Des Moines Terminal! Great working schedule of Monday‑Friday 7‑4 p.m. or 8‑5 p.m. and on‑call as needed!

• Operate forklift, blowers, scrubbers, pressure washers and other tools and equipment to clean and maintain the shop building.
• Routine and extensive grounds‑keeping and custodial care including:
  • Mowing the grass and landscape upkeep.
  • Snow removal when needed.
  • Light electrical and plumbing.
  • Sweep, mop, polish floors.
  • Paint shop areas as needed.
  • Clean and organize all areas as needed.
  • Restock supplies as needed.
  • Remove trash and recyclables as needed.
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Previous directly‑related experience.
• Motivated self‑starter who takes initiative with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC experience a plus.
• Prior overhead door maintenance a plus.
