Water Mitigation Crew Chief (Des Moines, IA)

As a Restoration Crew Chief, you will lead a crew on job sites impacted by water or sewage damage.

Your responsibilities include overseeing restoration projects from assessment to completion, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring safety and quality standards. Cross‑training in mold remediation may also be required.

Average compensation: $95,000 to $110,000 annually.

• Assess and manage water/sewage damage restoration projects
• Remove damaged materials and set up drying equipment on-site
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanor
• Maintain clear and positive communication with team members and customers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Drive company vehicle to job sites, following all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Document all aspects of mold remediation using industry software
• Lead and supervise assigned crew members on job sites

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to work overtime and some holidays
• Reliable transportation to and from the Des Moines area
