We’re hiring part‑time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (Field Services Technicians) to help keep apartment communities clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll work independently, stay active, and see the results of your work every day.

• Help maintain apartment communities by keeping common areas, disposal areas, and outdoor spaces clean and well‑cared for.
• Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming.
• Compact and organize trash using company‑provided equipment.
• Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures.
• Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services.
• Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies.
• Empty common‑area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service.
• Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors.

• Pay Rate: $20 per hour.
• Consistent Daytime
  
  Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, starting at 7 AM - 1 PM, for a total of 29 hours per week.

• Must personally own either an open‑bed pickup truck or a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job; vehicles without an open bed or trailer (including SUVs, sedans, and vans) do not qualify.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Auto insurance for the vehicle being used.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Smartphone with a data plan to use our work app.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required).
• Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs.
  • Operate a manual tamper to compact trash safely.
  • Work around trash, recycling, and waste.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
