SBM Management Services, LP in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Custodial Lead to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and to provide some work direction to custodial staff.
You will perform janitorial duties, follow the daily schedule, assist the Custodial Supervisor with scheduling and training, operate cleaning equipment, monitor PPE usage, and report incidents. Shift is Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, at $18.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits.
