• Assist with the close and consolidation process and prepare financial statements, including variance analysis and resolution of discrepancies
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and analysis
• Collaborate with multiple departments and the accounting/finance team
• Support internal reporting for monthly management packages and GAAP/non-GAAP metrics
• Interface with external auditors during annual audits, including preparing statements, schedules, and documentation
• Handle month-end close duties: journal entries, reconciliations, and stock-based compensation

• Experience:
  
  2–5 years of accounting experience; public accounting preferred
• Education:
  
  B.S. in Accounting; CPA or CPA track strongly preferred
• Skills:
  
  Strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
