Location: Des Plaines, IL (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 base salary plus bonus
Benefits: Annual incentive and a benefits package to all full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan match, health savings accounts, etc.
Responsibilities- Preparation of journal vouchers and reports for fixed asset, lease administration, and general ledger systems
- Provide support for the month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Provide support and transactional accounting for corporate/service company entities
- Prepare financial reports and analysis
- Support management with audits
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 2+ years of real estate accounting experience
