Senior Staff Accountant

Our client, a well-established global organization with a collaborative and team-oriented culture, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 2-4 years of experience who is looking to expand their responsibilities, gain exposure to international reporting, and build a long-term career within a stable and highly respected company.

• Prepare and record journal entries and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, including account analyses and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review financial transactions and support accounts payable and cash management activities.
• Prepare financial reports and reporting packages for corporate leadership and international stakeholders.
• Monitor cash activity, intercompany transactions, and various treasury-related accounting functions.
• Assist with compliance reporting, internal controls, and documentation processes.
• Support annual audits and work closely with external auditors to provide requested schedules and information.
• Participate in special projects, process improvements, and ongoing accounting initiatives across multiple business units.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2-4 years of public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination of both.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP system.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• CPA or CPA-track candidates are encouraged to apply.
