Randstad USA in Des Plaines is seeking an Accounts Payable & Data Specialist on a contract basis to support our finance and accounting teams during a critical transitional phase. Part-time schedule, approximately 4–5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
You will handle invoice processing, expense management, data reconciliation, and supplier communications, ensuring accurate data and zero downtime.
Required:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of data entry or accounting support
