• Oversee month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting within established timelines.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis processes.
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage internal controls, risk mitigation efforts, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance personnel while managing departmental objectives and performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 10+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years of accounting leadership experience managing AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, and CAPEX functions.
• 7+ years of SAP experience; CPA and Master's degree preferred.
