Legacy Transportation Services is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team in Chicago, IL. This role provides essential administrative, operational, and customer support to ensure smooth daily branch functions and accurate logistics coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Support daily office operations and ensure timely task completion
* Coordinate scheduling for appointments, pickups, and deliveries
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
* Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
* Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
* Prepare and process BOLs, invoices, and paperwork with accuracy
* Maintain office organization and monitor supply levels
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and routine administrative duties
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
