We are seeking an Office Services Associate to join our Rosemont team in an on-site capacity. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality mailroom, facilities, and administrative support services within a professional office environment.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, technologically proficient, and willing to learn and grow within the role.
Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site corporate mailroom, facilities, and office support services
Support conference room setup and hospitality needs
Perform light administrative duties, including maintaining daily logs and records
Operate mailing, copy, and fax equipment efficiently
Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional, and cooperative attitude
Complete administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, and handling fax communications
Manage shipping and receiving, order supplies, and maintain accurate employee distribution lists
Pick up and deliver mail, packages, copy jobs, and faxes throughout the office
Lift and transport large bundles of mail, overnight deliveries, and paper shipments
Handle confidential and time-sensitive materials with discretion and urgency
Maintain and troubleshoot copier and office equipment as needed
Adapt to changing customer demands in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
Follow established business procedures and take direction from supervisors or site managers
Participate in cross-training and maintain accurate logs and reporting documentation with strong attention to detail
Adhere to all safety protocols and perform additional duties as assigned

HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $19.00 - 20.00 Hourly
Monday - Friday - 8am
-5pm (no weekends)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- A valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
