Inventory Control Coordinator

* The Logistics Inventory Analyst will leverage data analysis to support supply chain decisions, minimize excess or obsolete inventory, and ensure product availability aligns with business needs. * We are seeking a candidate that can conduct analytical investigations and resolve discrepancies across all Customer sites in support of worldwide inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and required audits. This position operates on a Wednesday-Saturday schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM CST.

** How you create impact*
* + Investigate inventory discrepancies, identify root causes, and manage proper resolution/actions

+ Manage SAP workflow (grief notifications) and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Customer Service)

+ Reconcile inventory issues (serial number changes, adjustments, batch issues, blocked stock, PO/MRA reversals)

+ Process critical inventory transactions (expedited parts, MRAs, cores) to maintain accuracy and operational flow

+ Maintain accurate data entry and reporting to support metrics, tracking, and performance analysis

+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while supporting general warehouse organization and teamwork

Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/WMS)

+ Strong Excel and data analysis skills

+ Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

+ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Previous cycle counter experience

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience,skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
