We are a contractor with over 30+ years in the government, federal, and public markets seeking a Superintendent with experience in VA, NAVFAC, USACE or similar federal work. We need someone familiar with the contracts and regulations that govern federal construction.

We need a Superintendent with federal/government experience to manage high-profile, multi‑million dollar projects from planning to completion.

• Oversee all stages of the project life cycle (pre‑construction, construction, post‑construction)
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, standards, and protocols
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring work meets design, budget, and schedule
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, government officials, and stakeholders
• Implement and monitor quality control and safety programs to ensure highest standards of safety and quality
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to keep projects on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot and resolve any project issues
• Provide regular status reports to senior management, including progress updates, budget reports, and risk assessments

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience, specifically in federal projects
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale, complex construction projects
• In‑depth knowledge of federal, state, and local construction regulations and standards
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
• Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus
