Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Job Order Contracting (JOC) to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage fast-paced, small-to-medium-sized construction projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of JOC projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Prepare and review project estimates, proposals, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 2 years in JOC or similar delivery methods.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, estimating, and scheduling software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
