Riddell is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Communications (Mar Com) team. Our in-house creative team partners across the organization, including Executive Leadership, Sales, Apparel, Consumer Products, and Digital, to deliver high-impact marketing and sales materials that support business growth and customer engagement.

This role is heavily focused on the creation of sales materials, product collateral, and multi-page publications, including catalogs. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and confident working from concept through final production. A strong understanding of layout systems, brand consistency, and business-focused design is essential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)
  • Design and produce high-quality sales materials, including flyers, ads, promotional graphics, and supporting collateral
  • Play a key role in the design and production of product catalogs for print and digital publication, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strong visual hierarchy
  • Develop and maintain professional, brand-aligned PowerPoint templates and presentations for use by Sales, Facility Leadership, and Executive teams and geared toward employees, customers, and industry stakeholders
  • Create digital and print assets that support product launches, campaigns, events, and internal initiatives, driving commerce in both B2B and B2C channels
  • Execute projects from concept through final production while maintaining brand standards and style guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and deliver effective visual solutions
  • Contribute ideas to marketing campaigns and help bring them to life through thoughtful, strategic design
  • Create social media graphics that align with brand standards and support broader marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate internally to help plan, manage, produce, and creatively direct our annual content shoot, including shot list creation and on-site execution
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while exhibiting flexibility and meeting deadlines within a structured project management environment

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4 or more years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in sports, consumer products, or sales-driven environments
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Power Point
  • Demonstrated experience designing materials that support a sales organization
  • Strong portfolio showcasing layout-heavy work, multi-page publications, and marketing collateral
  • Preferred experience working within a project management system such as Wrike, Asana, or
  • Preferred experience working on an in-house corporate creative team
  • Preferred product and lifestyle photography experience, in studio or on-location environments
  • Minimal travel for annual content shoot or other cross-functional initiatives (typically a few trips per year that may include weekends)
  • Strong knowledge of the football community at every level, including youth, high school, college, and the NFL
