We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to assist customers via live phone calls. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills and ability for real-time problem solving. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries for the service departments in our dealerships, provide product or service information, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience with a focus on making service appointments.
Whatare the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and friendly tone in all customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
- Ask qualifying questions to uncover needs and direct calls appropriately.
- Ensure that service consultants receive messages promptly.
- Meet or exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
- Provide reporting and approved communications to dealership management.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend written instructions and information
- 6-12 months previous work experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous industry experience (preferred)
