Customer Service Rep, HelpDesk/Support
Concierge Retail Service Representative
Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Chicago! Office locations are in Des Plaines, IL and Lockport, IL.
As a Concierge RSR, you'll deliver Signature Service by serving as the single point of contact for homeowners throughout their project. You'll partner closely with Sales Representatives, Installation Project Managers, and leadership to provide personalized communication and ensure a seamless experience for every customer.
Responsibilities:
- Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
- Create homeowner's job file
- Schedule homeowner's technical measure, installation date, and reminders
- Work with other teams to move homeowner's job through the process
- Work with sales team to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs-in-process
- Identifies and implements ways to improve overall level of service.
- Conduct post-installation phone call and survey
- Resolve any post-installation situations
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 1+ year of customer service experience
- Strong time communication and time management skills
- Strong competence in MS Office software; data entry skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
- Organized
Pay Range: $27.45 - $39.75

Profit Sharing:
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
