Customer Service Call Center Representative (Temporary)

We are committed to making a strong, public pledge to enhance our customer service experience. As part of this initiative, we are reviewing and optimizing our phone system configuration to better meet our customers' needs. To support this effort, we are seeking dedicated temporary workers to join our team at the Des Plaines office, with the potential for some positions to become permanent later in the fall.

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries promptly
• Document customer interactions and update relevant records
