License/Certification:
Active Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist license and Local Anesthesia Certification required.

Dental Hygienist License CPR Certification BLS Certification X-ray / Radiography Certification Local Anesthesia Certification Nitrous Oxide Certification Expanded Functions Dental Hygienist Advanced Dental Hygiene Practitioner Certification Infection Control License Driver's license
