Responsibilities
- Design plumbing systems including calculations of water, gas, sanitary/sewer, and storm loads.
- Develop contract drawings/designs from schematics through to construction documents.
- Handle construction administration responsibilities including reviewing submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders.
- Attend meetings with clients and project team meetings.
- Degree in design preferred but not required.
- 1-5 years of plumbing design experience, preferably for commercial, institutional, K-12, or healthcare projects.
- Fire protection design experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD required.
