Key Qualifications &

Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience developing and implementing IEPs for elementary students
• Familiarity with push-in and pull-out service models
• Strong skills in differentiated instruction, interventions, and accommodations
• Ability to collaborate effectively with general educators, specialists, and families
• Proficient in supporting executive functioning and academic skill development

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted academic instruction individually and in small groups
• Deliver IEP-driven support and interventions within general education and resource settings
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure grade-level curriculum access
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation for IEP compliance
• Facilitate communication with families and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment tailored to student strengths and needs
